How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
We recommend measuring your seating or dining area before purchasing. For living rooms, ensure at least the front legs of your furniture rest on the rug. For dining rooms, choose a size that allows chairs to remain on the rug even when pushed back.
What is your shipping policy?
Jubi Rugs offers free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered via FedEx or UPS within 5-7 business days.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We suggest professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain the integrity of the fibers and prevent deep-set dirt.
Do you offer a return policy?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?
Many of our collections, specifically our power-loomed and synthetic fiber rugs, are designed specifically for durability in high-traffic zones like hallways and entryways.
Do I need a rug pad?
We highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, and adds an extra layer of cushioning that extends the lifespan of your rug.
