At Jubi Rugs, we want you to love your space. If your new rug isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Rug
Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to ensure it stays clean during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
